Easy & Yummy CHOCOLATE cake.
These are some pictures of our homemade cakes. Looks very tempting? Actually, the basic chocolate cake behind the cream/custard is same...a super easy chocolate cake. Just follow the recipe below. Special thank you for Hershey's Cocoa Powder for the recipe.

2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa powder (you can use other brand!)
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
1. Heat oven to 350 F or 180 C.
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water (Batter will be thin). Pour into two 9" round pan or one 13"x9" pan greased and floured pans.
3. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.

1. Panaskan oven 350 F atau 180 C.
2. Campur bahan2 kering dalam mangkuk besar. Tambahkan telur, susu, minyak dan vanilla. Kocok selama 2 menit dgn mixer kecepatan sedang. Campurkan air mendidih (adonan akan menjadi cair). Tuang ke dlm dua buah loyang 9" atau satu loyang berukuran 13"x9" yang sudah diolesi mentega dan ditaburi terigu.
3. Bake selama 30-35 menit. Dinginkan selama 10 menit kemudian pindahkan ke wire rack. Biarkan dingin sebelum diolesi cream/custard.

** kalo mo variasiin dikit,... jadi coffee cake, ganti vanilla dgn kahlua (coffee liquor) atau coffee essense, boiling waternya diganti ama 1 cup kopi.
