Enjoying The Exotic India in Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.

It was a beautiful day, good weather, good traffic ...and it was a great lunch. How lucky I was!

It was a big WOW for me that I was invited for having lunch in Asia Restaurant, located at the lobby level of Ritz Carlton Hotel at Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, and I didn't know before, they are in the middle of having 'The Exotic India' theme.

Many of you might be aware by now that how I love India so much, and of course... Indian Food!

Every month, the Asia Restaurant has a special theme for about 10 days, where we can enjoy special menu on their buffet restaurant. This November, The Exotic India was chosen as their special theme.

Luckily, I was there & could enjoy the authentic Indian Food, cooked perfectly by Chef Iqbal, the guest chef from The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, India.

And this time, he cooks and serves both delicious Northern and Southern Indian Food. Using the ingredients he brought directly from India, we really enjoyed the richness of the Indian Culinary.

We got chances to try the food, one by one.

FYI, I lived in Mumbai, India for 1.5 years. So it's like flying back to so many good memories of the Indian Food. All the dishes were cook perfectly. The spices were absorb nicely, produced good harmony flavor on each plate.

I just felt so lucky being there, eating like never seen food for ages. hahaaa.

All the food made my tummy dancing happily in Bollywood style.

Asia Restaurant is a buffet restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. All the food are displayed nicely, the place is cozy, and their hospitality made us feel comfortable & relax.

One of the most wanted menu in Asia Restaurant, Hainan Rice.

For daily, Asia Restaurant serves a wide range of Asian Food. Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese Food can be found everyday plus another special food theme every month.
Delicious dessert corner is available for those sweet tooth.
