BROWNIE Cupcakes
Brownies sekali2 bisa dibikin ala cupcake gini. Sebenarnya sy rada bosen bikin brownies, kayagnya ampe hafal bgt resepnya. Tp bbrp hari yll temen2 se-bis sekolahnya Patricia minta dibikinin brownies. Kt mrk ke Patris "Could you ask your mom to give us brownies?" Kebetulan sebis itu anak laki semua, cuma Patris yg cantik deh. Dan bbrp kali sy pernah bagi2 brownies u/ mrk. Kata sy ke Patris "Tell them to ask their moms... to make brownies for them" eeeh pulang sekolah jawaban si Patris "Their moms couldn't make brownies". Sampe bbrp hari yll sy ngejempur Patris ke bis, eee anak2 itu tereak2 'Brownies...brownies...!'.
Akhirnya sy coba resep ini, Brownie Cupcakes from Martha Stewart website.
Rasanya rich bgt, gimana enggak, pake campuran cooking chocolate dan cocoa powder.

Makes 12
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
11 ounces best-quality semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts(optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a twelve-count muffin tin with cupcake liners, and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and 8 ounces of chocolate. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Add flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Stir in the melted chocolate until combined. Stir in remaining 3 ounces of chocolate and nuts if desired.
4. Using a 2-ounce ice cream scoop, fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter. Bake until a firm crust forms on the cupcakes, about 20 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool, about 10 minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan, and continue to cool on a wire rack.
5. Ice cupcakes with a generous amount of chocolate frosting.~sy gak pake frosting
dikit TIPs... berdasarkan pengalaman~soalnya sy sempet gagal bikin resep ini
*Isi cetakan muffinnya 1/2 atau 2/3 aja,... 3/4 itu kebanyakan terlalu bleber.
**Kalo pengen pake kacang yg ditabur diatasnya, jgn terlalu byk naburnya. Potongannya kecil2 aja. Kalo kebanyakan, jadi berat trus adonannya susah naek.
*** Do not overmix. Aduk secukupnya aja.
****Jgn kebanyakan taroh baking soda, no more than 1/8 tsp.
*****Jgn lupa ayak dulu cocoa powder spy gak ngegumpal.
******FYI, sy pake otang, manggangnya 35 menit. Jd ya sesuaikan dgn oven masing2. Kalau udah test pake tusuk gigi trus masih basah, masukin oven lagi sampe mateng bener.
